There's no catch: the platform is funded by advertising. Advertisers pay to show their videos; you only watch them if you want to earn GEMS. Your sale is 100% yours.
Do I need to pay to make an offer?
You don't have to pay. Every listing gives you 2 free offers, and you earn more GEMS at no cost: by signing up, watching videos, completing deals, and inviting friends. If you'd rather not wait, GEM packs will also be available for a small price — always optional, never required.
What happens if I win and the seller doesn't deliver?
The seller is suspended for 15 days and the GEMS you used on that listing are refunded to you. Their reputation is marked. That's why ratings matter: check the profile before making an offer.
Can I cancel an offer?
Offers are purchase commitments — they're what makes the system work for everyone. Only offer amounts you're willing to pay.
How do I get paid?
Payment is agreed directly between buyer and seller when coordinating delivery through the chat: cash at the meeting, transfer, whatever works for both.
What's this about DEMO listings?
In cities where we've just arrived you'll see demonstration listings, always marked with the DEMO tag, so you can see how the platform works. They aren't real items for sale.
