How to ask for it

From the app or the website, if you can sign in

1. 1.Sign in to your account.
2. 2.Open the menu and go to Settings, or come back to this page.
3. 3.Choose Delete account.
4. 4.Enter your password, tick the confirmation and press Delete my account.

If you cannot sign in

1. 1.Write to legal@zenoramp.com from the email address you signed up with.
2. 2.Put Delete account in the subject line.
3. 3.We check that the address matches the account and we do it for you.

What is deleted

• ·Your name, surname, email address, password, phone number and profile photo.
• ·Your date of birth, gender, nationality and location: country, state or province, and city.
• ·Your merchant details, if you had them: business name, tax ID and your Stripe customer reference. Zenora never stores your card details in the first place.
• ·Your registered devices for notifications, your favourites, your price alerts, your interests, your notification preferences, your notifications, and the accounts you had blocked.
• ·Your live listings and your active offers are cancelled, and everyone who had made an offer on them gets their GEMS back.

What is kept, and for how long

• ·Payments, ratings and messages that are part of other people's history stay, anonymously and with no time limit. They no longer identify you: they are the record that lets us respond to a dispute and meet our legal obligations.
• ·An irreversible hash of your email address — not the address itself — is kept with no time limit. It is the only way to count how many times that address has been closed, which is what decides the waiting period below.
• ·Signing up again with the same email address: blocked for 90 days after the first deletion. If the same address is deleted a second time, the block is 3 years, and the same applies to every deletion after that.

If you can't access your account

Write to us from the email you signed up with and we'll take care of it.

When it takes effect

Deletion happens immediately, with no waiting period and no review: there is nothing to approve. We send a confirmation to your email address before it stops working.
